About the USVO
The United Student Veterans Organization (USVO) is an officially chartered veteran student organization at A&M-Corpus Christi. The purpose of the USVO is to:

  • Assist veterans in the acclimation from military to academic life for a successful college experience;
  • Assist veterans with common issues, and provide counsel on veterans' educational benefits, scholarships, and other resources available to veterans;
  • Serve as the definitive organization advocating for veteran student issues at the University and state level;
  • Allow other students and the community to be involved with veterans from the University; and
  • To create a resource in support of members of our Armed Forces, at home and deployed around the world.

The USVO was named the 2008-2009 Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi Organization of the Year.
