Veterans Affairs Office at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi
Welcome to Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, a "Military Friendly School" that prides itself on supporting the needs of veterans and those currently serving in the United States armed forces. The Veterans Affairs Office has received numerous awards for the service it provides to those who have served and are still serving. In our office you will be working with fellow veterans who understand your need to pursue higher education as you build your career.
Our student-veterans find Texas A&M-Corpus Christi a very comfortable campus because we have many veterans enrolled in courses days and nights. You'll not be alone or forgotten because there are many who have shared similar experiences throughout the world. We also have a very active United Student Veteran Organization chapter that is the benchmark for USVO chapters throughout the nation.
Additionally, Corpus Christi is an ideal location to pursue your education. While the greater Coastal Bend community's tropical climate, beaches and activities are a selling point, we also are a military city, with Naval Air Station-Corpus Christi just minutes from campus. Unlike universities located far from a military operation, you can take advantage of the nearby shopping and health services available at NAS-CC.

The Veterans Office is now accepting application for VA and Hazlewood Benefits for Maymester, Summer I &II starting April 4, 2012. Please turn in your application for benefits today! Application for the Fall 2012 semester will be accepted on or after July 5, 2012. Please look for the NEW HE-P Form on this website for current Hazlewood recipients.
